The purchase order ACCUMET sent provides the description of the processes, products, or services to be provided, including the identification of relevant technical data (e.g., specifications, drawings, process requirements, work instructions).
- Approval of product and processes is on dock at ACCUMET. Product will be accepted if it meets all the requirements of the purchase order.
- As an external provider to ACCUMET, you are required to use personnel qualified in the processes or products provided to ACCUMET.
- You are required to have a quality management system.
- Your performance will be monitored for the level of quality you provide ACCUMET and your on-time Delivery performance. Suppliers not achieving a quality level rating of 95% and/or a delivery rating below 85% shall be required to address improvement plans to achieve these goals. Failure to do so will result in your eventual disqualification as a Supplier to ACCUMET.
- ACCUMET and/or its customers and regulatory bodies may, from time to time, visit your facility for verifcation or validation of your processes and product. ACCUMET shall have right of access for our company, our customers, and/or regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of your facility, and to applicable documented information, at any level in the supply chain.
- The required test, inspections and verification will be documented on the purchase order.
- Use statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for product acceptance must be approved by ACCUMET in writing.
